Team BowDoc / High Performance Archery
Summer Party 2022!

SUNDAY AUGUST 14th!
11AM until Whenever the last person leaves!! Food, Music, Games, Swimming, and just time to relax and hang out. This is for Team BowDoc Youth and Adult members and Families,
Remote Students and Families, and High Performance Training Group Members and Families! You MUST fill out the Registration Form below in order to attend the Party. We need to know who is coming and how many people so that we can give the Caterer an accurate head count.

The Party starts at 11am
Coach Jeff's House
20947 Wolf Road
Mokena, IL 60448
(This is a private drive on the east side of Wolf Road. We are the 2nd driveway north of Rte 30. I will have a target or sign at the entrance to make it easier to find).
Parking within our driveway is limited. Once that is full, Parking will be right across Wolf Road in the Abbey Subdivision.
If you have people or items to drop off, you can pull into our driveway first to drop them off, then you can go park across the road.
We are planning on having a food truck at the party.
The food truck will be serving food from 12 - 2. We will have water and soda.
You must register below with how many people are coming. It will be $5 per person.
Coach Jeff will be paying the other half for everyone! (The Food Truck is $10 per person).
There will be a check in table that you will need to stop by when you arrive to pay and get your wrist band.
Cash Only Please. I will not have a credit card processor at home.
Water and Soda will be provided. If you want something else to drink, please bring it along with you.
Adults are allowed to bring Alcoholic Beverages.
If you are able to, please bring a side dish, snacks, or dessert to share.
Please bring Lawn Chairs. I will have some seating but not enough for everyone to sit at the same time.
For those of you that have canopies... please bring them and we can set them up through the property.
There will be swimming so please bring bathing suits and towels if anyone plans on swimming.
Bring lawn games if you want. There is plenty of room!
